PBL 4 is finally here!

Chief complaint:
Miss FI is a 20-year-old female came to the outpatient clinic complaining of increased volume and frequency of urination since a month ago.

Student's tasks:
1) What is the medical term for increase in volume and frequency in urination?
2) Identify the chief complaint.
3) Discuss on all possible causes of the patient's condition and come up with several important questions pertaining to the patient's condition.
4) Build a hypothesis and discuss the underlying mechanism involved.
5) Identify your learning needs.
