don't just focus on the symptoms... focus on the patients too...
Children have certain illness that they usually get...
Try cross-referencing children with hematuria and fever...

Just curious, what case is this?
Some of the common causes of passing out red-colored urine are G6PD deficiency and acute glomerulonephritis.
