Untuk makluman, Jabatan ini masih membayar Elaun Latihan Amali kepada semua pelajar tajaan yang berkelayakan dan memenuhi syarat sepertimana amalan sediakala dengan syarat seperti di bawah:

1)      Memohon secara rasmi kepada JPA melalui pihak universiti;

2)      Permohonan tidak melebihi 90 hari (sepanjang pengajian) ; dan

3)      Jarak tempat amali dan tempat pengajian adalah melebihi 25km.

Jabatan ini berharap pihak UIAM, Kuantan dapat memaklumkan kepada pelajar tentang perkara ini bagi mengelakkan sebarang kekeliruan dan ketidakpuasan hati.

Syarat-syarat yang Ditetapkan untuk Membuat Tuntutan

1. Latihan Amali yang diambil bermula pada Sem I 2007/2008 dan seterusnya sahaja yang layak memohon.

2. Maksimum hari yang boleh dituntut untuk Latihan Amali ini adalah 90 hari sahaja.

3. Jarak tempat Latihan Amali mestilah lebih 25km dari tempat pengajian. Jika Latihan Amali dibuat di universiti masing-masing, maka pelajar tidak layak untuk memohon.

4. Permohonan tuntutan hanya boleh dibuat selepas Latihan Amali habis dilaksanakan.

Dokumen-dokumen Yang Wajib Dilampirkan

1. Salinan muka hadapan buku akaun bank (disahkan).

2. Surat Pengesahan dan Cop Majikan tempat pelajar membuat Latihan Amali. Pengesahan dalam jumlah hari kedatangan perlu disertakan dengan salinan punch card serta tarikh pengesahan dibuat.

3. Jika sistem punch card tidak digunakan, kemukakan salinan buku log kedatangan atau surat pengesahan setiap bulan yang diperakui oleh majikan.

4. Surat pengesahan universiti (kuliyyah).

5. Borang Tuntutan Elaun Latihan Amali daripada JPA. Boleh ambil kat OSC. Borang sama yang pernah diisi dulu.

Gen2welve members who sent their attachment letters, your signed letters are already with me, we may need to meet up to pass you the letters and for me to brief you regarding the procedures asked by Dr Shahrin for you to adhere to. Is it possibble for us to meet up this friday? Head of posting (HOP) please confirm with me your timetable so I can arrange the meeting.

Start of 4th year.

There rumours going around mentioning that there is possibilities of our 4th year would starts in July because certain medical schools i.e UKM, UM, USM etc are going to start early instead of starting in September.To clear up the air, I have personally asked Dr Shahrin, our deputy dean of academic affairs and he denied the whole thing. He mentioned, UIA would still starts in September as endorsed in the 367th Senate held on 25th February 2011. Please refer the following link:

This will be the new layout; the last one was rather too black and gothic looking, like it was some funeral blog, if there are any thing of that kind. this one is simple, and more straight-to-the-point kind of layout; but please don’t misjudge this blog for all-work-no-play; many things will, from here on, be updated in here. Tenteikuura will still be our first information dissemination tool; but this one will do what tenteikuura can’t. Got the gist? :D

Intramuscular route : 6.6 minutes and 23.5 minutes

For group values, just ignore the standard deviation. Put mean time and duration only, mates :D

A mail hit my box yesterday. Sorry sis Elviza, for not responding as as quickly as possible. Been having some joyous moment around Sg Buloh, Shah Alam, Klang…now I am feeling bad; for not prioritizing what’s more important…

I believe all of us want to help in a way or another; I mean, we are having our brothers killed there. Here’s one way. Sis Elviza has been with Mercy Malaysia for sometimes already, and they have Palestine Relief Fund set up on 30th December 2008.

Quoting her,

Mercy Malaysia has, on 30th December 2008, formed an Emergency Response Assessment Team to face the humanitarian crisis in Gaza strip. The team has been promptly dispatched to Egypt led by President, Datuk Dr.  Jemilah Mahmood and Exco Member Norazam Ab. Samah.

The air strike and ground offensive on Gaza -  as reported by AlJazeera - have killed more than 700 Palestinians, 219 of which are children. More than 3000 have been wounded.

Therefore, Mercy Malaysia appeals to generous Malaysians to send it cash donations. Contributions will support Mercy Malaysia to procure emergency surgical kits, medicines and hospital equipments to help the hospitals in Gaza.

2.00pm - 3.30pm : Short notes (Paper 2)
*Note: Both conducted in the Examination Hall

Wednesday (08/10/08):
OSPE (Paper 3)
8.30am - 9.30am : OSPE Group 1
9.30am - 10.30am : OSPE Group 2
10.30am - 11.30am : OSPE Group 3
11.30am - 12.30pm : OSPE Group 4
2.30pm - 4.30pm : PBQ (Paper 4)
*Note: 1) The first group will need to be there at 8.15am and other groups at 9.15am. Please refer your name and matric no in front of the Examination Hall to know to which group you belong to.

End Block Info

Salam. Hallu everyone!!Happy holiday^^!!Just to let you know, our End Block Examination will be held at Exam Hall, Level 1 KOM starting on 7/10/2008. You can check your OSPE group on the notice board there. After the exam, there will be NO '1 WEEK HOLIDAY'. Our second block starts on the very next week, 13/10/2008. For the books, Towkay Buku Medic Sulaimi had put the list in our Lecture Hall 1 PC. Lastly, the first ever Seminar for our batch will be on 6/11/2008 by Alif, Shahir, Kamilah and Farisya on Global Warming (nantikaann..=p) That's all. Good Luck everyone!Selamat Hari Raya=D

Salam korang! Alhamdulillah after having a discussion with Dr. Rafidah, I managed to rearrange the schedule for next week (15/9/2008) so that we can finish our lectures for this block EARLIER. Check out the schedule on the board outside of our beloved Lecture Hall 1 for this week's latest update (hm...for this week shift physiology lecture Hypothalamus & Pituitary I by Dr. Rafidah from 15/9/2008 to this Friday 12/9/2008). For NEXT WEEK, there will be A LOT OF changes (no class on Thursday!!) so make sure you refer to the new schedule on the board ok? Hehe gambatte kite sume!!

Salam korang. Please be informed that our Mini Test will be on 28/8/2008 11.30AM TILL 1.30PM, (NOT 8.00am till 10.00 am as in the schedule!!) at Multipurpose Hall (MPH) Level 1 KOM. Our class for that day will start at 10.30am, with Dr. Ye Tun. And as already been informed, on Friday 29/8/2008 our class with Dr. Naznin will be on 8am.Thank you and ALL THE BEST!!

5th Inter Medical School Physiology Quiz

Hello guys, got a message from Asst. Prof. Dr. Rafidah Hanim Mokhtar. There'll be an Inter Medical School Physiology Quiz, and our Kuliyyah will be represented by a group from the third year. There will be a Physiology Quiz between the team and another team from the Second Year students, which will serve the representing team as a practice. When? It will be on this Saturday, 2nd August. Attendance is very much encouraged. Sure we can learn a thing or two (read: a lot) about physiology, no? :)

The practice will be at 9am to 10.30am.
